How I Treat

Sarah takes a truly holistic approach with every client, exploring their unique health history along with current symptoms or areas of concern to address the root cause.

Her aim is to meet clients where they’re at, providing guidance and education that is applicable to each person’s lifestyle and circumstances. Sarah offers individualised health and wellness plans, along with other services, that include diet and lifestyle upgrades tailor-made to each client.

Her approach is heavily science-driven, relying on the latest evidence based research in nutrition and wellness. Through the clinic’s access to advanced laboratory testing and innovative health technologies, Sarah is able to interpret results and incorporate these insights into her clients’ plans. Alongside traditional healing wisdom such as Ayurveda and the belief in food as medicine – this allows her to provide effective and sustainable recommendations.

Sarah’s main goal is to leave her clients feeling empowered, giving them clear actionable steps to improve their health and that of their loved ones.

Sarah is originally from the U.K. although she describes herself as a bit of a nomad after living on three continents over the past ten years. A mum of two young children, she understands the demands of trying to do it all, and the need for support.

Her passion has always been health and fitness, which began as a hobby going to the gym but soon became something of a fascination. In 2012, Sarah completed her Diploma in Personal Training, and her desire to better support her clients’ physical and performance goals inspired her to pursue further studies in nutrition. The education she received in Vancouver as a Holistic Nutritionist was an awakening, allowing her to understand the importance of addressing the root cause of her clients’ concerns and supporting them physically and emotionally.

  • Diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition
  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training

Since moving to New Zealand in early 2025, Sarah loves getting outside and exploring with her family. “We love beach days and bike rides, especially if we can add in a picnic! Another important part of my life is staying fit and healthy, so anything that makes me feel strong like CrossFit and weightlifting is essential. Despite being a bit of an introvert, I really enjoy meeting new people and making friendships. I love to share stories and connect with people.”
