How I Treat

Chloe has a strong and well-rounded background in sport and exercise, which she has developed through actively playing a range of sports including hockey, netball, and badminton. In addition to her athletic experience, she has extensive knowledge gained from teaching a broad variety of group fitness classes. These classes cover popular Les Mills programs such as Body Attack, Body Pump, RPM, Sprint, and Functional Strength, as well as specialized training disciplines like kettlebell workouts and aqua aerobics.

Chloe embraces a holistic and personalised approach to every treatment plan, drawing on a comprehensive and diverse skill set that includes structural, cranial, and visceral techniques. Each session is thoughtfully and carefully tailored to suit the individual needs of the client and address their specific condition or injury.

She takes great pride in how she clearly communicates the nature and underlying causes of the injury, providing detailed explanations on how it impacts the body as a whole. Chloe’s ultimate goal is to offer effective and practical solutions that support your ongoing journey back to full health, optimal function, and overall wellbeing.

Chloe has had a diverse and varied work life, beginning her career in the publishing sector before retraining as a health and fitness coach. She has gained valuable experience working in publishing in both London and New York. Additionally, Chloe has practiced Osteopathy across different locations, including Surrey and Hampshire in the UK, as well as Wellington and Auckland in New Zealand. This broad and varied background provides Chloe with a deep understanding of the challenges her patients face, whether they have sedentary, desk-based jobs or lead active lifestyles involving sport and exercise.
